The Rukavina Companies were started with a vision of a real estate company in the Denver Metro Area that can encompass the design, and development side of residential real estate projects, as well as the construction, project management, and delivery of finished units to the market, via two sister companies under one banner.

Our Founder, Bobby Rukavina has held numerous development, and construction positions within both industries. As CEO of the firm, he handles the day-to-day functions for all residential and commercial development under the Rukavina Companies, and manages construction projects on behalf of investors, lenders, sub-contractors, and design teams.

His hands-on experience in development and construction have built and delivered multiple units across separate deal and product type classes. Prior to his role at TRC, he was responsible for the startup of a family-owned development company where he was in charge of deal sourcing, land acquisition, formulation, equity and debt financing raises, and permitting and entitlement services for all development projects. This was evident in the implementation of a strategy of acquiring land in the western portion of the Denver Metro area for the development and design of plans for 90+ residential units across 8 separate sites. He actively managed these projects in addition to pitching investors, raising funds and working with construction teams to deliver these properties to the market. Prior to helping found the previous development company, Bobby was an Development & Acquisitions Associate for a Boston Based Development Firm where he helped acquire and develop multiple land parcels for the future development of Multi-Family, Office & Life Science properties.
